very professional, staff friendly, appointment on time as per, schedule, choices of procedures and options very well explained, day of surgery procedure very well explained and procedure went smoothly, follow up works even on a Sunday the emergency staff that answered the phone provided proper advice and next day follow up. Had cataracts surgerys done a day apart which worked well for me.

My experience at Herzig Eye Institute -Ottawa was amazing from start to finish. Staff were professional and caring. Great communication throughout - putting you right at ease. Highly recommend.
