I had gotten ICL surgery performed by Dr. Eubanks and I could not be happier with the whole process and results. I had not even known what ICL was until the staff at Herzig informed me of all my corrective vision options. The staff were all very attentive, professional and kind and made the process smooth and stress free. Dr. Eubanks particularly displayed immense skill, knowledge and made me feel at ease during the whole procedure. I could not recommend Herzig institute more to those looking for corrective vision surgery.

The clinic is clean, well organized, and runs efficiently.Dr. Modabber took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I was so pleased to obtain an appointment before Jan 1. My laser eye surgery from 2000 was declining and I had small cataracts. Herzig staff members were amazing in the consultation and assured me that removing the cataracts would return my distance vision as well. My husband had his done 5 years ago having been referred by friends. Now we are referring friends as well!! The whole experience was exemplary. The front desk staff attended to every detail for appointments. The consultation was thorough to ensure a successful outcome. On the day of the procedure, the only glitch was a bit of a wait so that the person ahead of me could have both eyes done at the same time. I was well cared for and asked multiple times by different staff if I needed anything or wished to move to a more comfortable chair..not a problem!! Dr Modabber was attentive and focussed and always pleasant and reassuring. The whole procedure went quickly and the results have been wonderful!! Today I finished the 4 weeks of drops and I am thoroughly enjoying my 20/15 (better than perfect!!) vision!!

I would highly recommend the Herzig Eye Institute location in Ottawa. They offered and provided a clear explanation of medical procedures, patient focussed care and timely advice.

Everyone was great! Dr. Modabber Stephanie were so friendly did a great job. My one regret is that I did not do this sooner!
